We are looking for a PR and Partnerships Manager to lead all outward-facing brand amplification. This role will drive high-impact relationships across influencers, celebrity talent, strategic brand collaborators, and global media outlets. You will shape FOUND’s cultural voice, expand our network of tastemakers, and secure meaningful press that aligns with our world of New American Luxury.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage influencer, celebrity, and talent partnerships that elevate FOUND’s presence
- Develop and execute PR strategy across fashion, culture, and lifestyle media
- Secure press placements, interviews, editorial features, and product spotlights
- Lead brand collaboration outreach and partnership negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with stylists, publicists, agencies, and cultural connectors
- Manage gifting, seeding, and partnership calendars to support key launches
- Drive cultural moments, events, and high-visibility opportunities for FOUND
Ideal Candidate:
- Deep understanding of fashion, culture, and the luxury landscape
- Strong media network and a relationship-driven approach
- Proven success in influencer and celebrity partnerships
- Highly organized, strategic, and tapped into what is shaping culture right now
- Strong communicator with a refined sense of brand alignment and storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, culturally driven environment
